New cases brought the number of confirmed cases to 4883 while the new recovery cases are now 3408.
The new cases include seven people from Kigali City, two from Gatsibo District and one from Nyagatare.
Currently, the number of active cases is 1446 while 29 have succumbed to the pandemic
Coronavirus symptoms include coughing, flu, and difficulty in breathing. The virus is said to be transmitted through the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.
Rwandans are required to continue to comply with government regulations, especially with frequent washing of hands and water and soap, wearing masks when leaving home or in public.
