Kubera icyorezo cya COVID-19, muri Mata 2020 nibwo Minisiteri y’Ubuzima na RSSB borohereje abanyamuryango ba mituweli bemererwa kwivuza badategereje ukwezi nk’uko byajyaga bigenda ndetse banashyirirwaho uburyo bushobora kubafasha gutanga imisanzu yabo mu byiciro.

Kugeza ubu hirya no hino mu gihugu abamaze gutanga imisanzu yose nk’uko babisabwa bagera kuri 83.6%, hakwiyongeraho abishyuye igice bakagera kuri 85%. Ibi bivuze ko hakiri umubare w’abataratanga imisanzu yose ndetse n’abatarishyura amafaranga na make.

Umuyobozi w’Ishami rishinzwe ubukangurambaga no kwandika abanyamuryango muri RSSB, Ntigurirwa Deogratias, yabwiye RBA ko guhera muri Mutarama uzaba utaratanga iyi misanzu yose azafatwa nk’utarishyuye.

Yagize ati "Abantu batarishyura kugeza ku 100% guhera ku wa 1 Mutarama 2021 ntabwo bazabasha kwivuza kuko nyine bazaba bataruzuza imisanzu isabwa, nkaba mbasaba ko mbere yo kugira ngo umuntu atekereze iminsi mikuru yatekereza kuri mituweli."
