Rwanda's Business Development Fund (BDF) interim CEO Umugwaneza Monique has handed over power to Munyeshyaka Vincent, who has recently been appointed by the cabinet to lead this institution.
There was also a transfer of power from the former Chairman of the BDF Board of Directors, Rugamba Egide and his successor Eric Rwigamba.
