International Potato Center Vehicles Disposal.

This notice serves to inform the public that CIP Rwanda Country Office will be disposing of Two (2) Motor vehicles through public tender as shown below:

The vehicles can be inspected at the CIP Offices located in Kigali, Kacyiru KG 563ST from Thursday 10^th to 17^th December 2020 between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding weekends.

Tender Period and Procedure:

• Prospective bidders should submit their bids in sealed envelopes addressed to the CIP Procurement Committee using the attached bid form to the following address: CIP Rwanda, Kigali, Kacyiru Solace Way, KG 563ST, no later than Friday, 18^th December 2020 at 4:00AM local time.
• Note that above listed motor vehicles bare IT and CD registration plates and therefore successful bidders will be required to settle clearance tax to the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
• The offer price should be in Rwandan Francs and clearly show the identity of the bidder and details of the vehicle.
• The selected bidder will be notified by 21^st December 2020 at 03:00PM
• The successful bidder will be expected to pay the full amount not later than 10^th January 2021 otherwise; the offer will be given to the next highest bidder.

• Transfer of ownership will be done once funds are received in Full.

Bid Evaluation.

• The Procurement Committee will review all bids based on the offer price proposed by the bidders.
• CIP reserves the right to reject any offer price if it falls below the minimum net realizable value of the vehicles.
