Rwanda's Foreign Affairs Ministry said on Tuesday that the government had signed a cooperation agreement with the government of Finland.
'Today, Minister Dr. Vincent Biruta signed an MoU on political consultations with Kai Sauer , Vice Minister for Political Affairs of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland,' the Ministry said, adding, 'They discussed areas of common interests and ways to increase multilateral cooperation between the two countries.'
Finland with a 5million population is a Northern European nation bordering Sweden, Norway and Russia. Its capital, Helsinki, occupies a peninsula and surrounding islands in the Baltic Sea.
