Perezida Tshisekedi yaherukaga mu Rwanda ku wa 21 Gashyantare 2020 ubwo yitabiraga Inama y'ubuhuza yari irimo na mugenzi we wa Angola ku kibazo cy'u Rwanda na Uganda. Ni bwo bwa mbere abakuru b'ibihugu byombi bagiye guhurira ku mupaka y'ibihugu byabo.
