Mu kiganiro na InyaRwanda, Umuyobozi Mukuru ushinzwe Ubworozi muri MINAGRI, Jean Claude Ndorimana, yasobanuye byinshi ku mirire iboneye ndetse anagaruka birambuye ku burenganzira ku biribwa benshi mu Banyarwanda batarasobanukirwa.

Yabwiye abanyarwanda ko indyo yuzuye igizwe n'ibyubaka umubiri, ibitera imbaranga n'ibirinda indwara. Avuga ko gutegura indyo yuzuye bitagoye na cyane ko mu Rwanda imboga ntizihenda cyane cyane ku batuye mu byaro ahenshi imboga zirimeza munsi y'urugo.
