Menya akamaro k'ikawa ku buzima bwacu.

Ikawa ifitiye akamaro kanini ubuzima kuko yuzuyemo ibitunga, ibisohora n'ibisukura umubiri biwukuramo uburozi, byose bifasha mu mikorere myiza y'umubiri muri rusange.

Ubushakashatsi butandukanye bugenda bukorwa bwerekana ko abayinywa ibafasha mu kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara zimwe na zimwe zikomeye, nka diyabete n'indwara zibasira umwijima.

5.Amaronji akungahaye ku ntungamubiri zifasha mu kubungabunga ubuzima bw'umutima:
Amaronji afite intungamubiri yitwa potassium nyishi . iyo potassium ifasha umutima gukora neza.Iyo potassium ari nkeya mu mubiri bishobora gutuma umutima utera mu buryo budasanzwe bita arrhythmia.
